How much lead time do you need for placing an order?

A minimum of 2-3 weeks is preferred.  If within this window or sooner, please contact me and I may be able to get you in.  A small rush fee may apply.

What flavours do you offer?

I offer Vanilla Almond, Chocolate, Coconut, Strawberry and Lemon.  Seasonal preorders will have different flavours.

How do I place an order?

Click here to view my Custom Order Form.  I will contact you within 1-3 business days from receiving your form and we will discuss your order.  Filling out the form does not guarantee your order.

How are the cookies packaged?

Each cookie is packaged in a clear cellophane bag and heat sealed for freshness.  Cookie Care instructions will be sent with your order.

Do you offer refunds?

I can refund %50 of your order up to 2 weeks prior to your pick up date.  After which time, I am unable to refund your order.

On holiday preorders there are no refunds.

What is a Preorder?

During most holidays I will make different samples and post those in an order form.  I will usually post preorders about 3 weeks before the holiday and close the order form about 2 weeks before.  This is a great way to get gifts for loved ones, teachers, coaches etc for the holidays!
